1- Grab a calculator in your hands (Because you cannot save whole math in your head).

2- Enter First Three digits of your phone number (Don't include area code).

Example: 7009779 --> 700

3- Multiply by 80.

Example: 700x80 --> 56000

4- Add 1.

Example: 56000+1 --> 56001

5- Multiply by 250.

Example: 56001x250 --> 14000250

6- Add last Four Digits of your phone number.

Example: 14000250+9779 --> 14010029

7- Add last Four Digits of your phone number again.

Example: 14010029+9779 --> 14019808

8- Subtract 250.

Example: 14019808-250 --> 14019558

9- Divide by 2.

Example: 14019558/2 --> 7009779
